SHIPPING
Goods will always be shipped by a reputable carrier. We will endeavour to sendout orders by the next day and all postage costs are inclusive of charges for orders over £35 (except Ireland). Orders below £35 are subject to a £6 shipping charge to mainland UK and all shipping to Ireland is £10.Times of delivery are estimated as accurately as possible but can be subject todelays out of our control and therefore we cannot be held responsible.
- In the case of non-delivery or missing parcels, normal channels will be pursued before replacement or compensation is allowed.
- Deliveries must be checked by customers before signing receipt from carrier. The company will not be responsible for goods damaged in transit if signed for with no reference to condition delivered in.
- Any damages or shortages must be notified in writing within 1 day of receipt.
- Signed proof of carrier is required where the complete parcel is damaged or there are shortages of items evident on delivery.
- Where goods are lost, damaged or distorted after delivery, and the ownershiphas yet to pass, the purchaser will indemnify us against this loss provided ithas not resulted from our negligence.
RETURNS
If you need to return all or part of your order for size or item exchange, youmust fulfil the following criteria:
- No return goods will be accepted unless previously agreed with WKC Martial Arts Supplies. We will give you a Returns Number (RN) which you must quote on all goods we agree can be returned. With the returned goods, you must also quote our invoice number.
- Refunds and exchanges can only be made for goods that are returned in the original packaging, unworn, unused and unwashed.
- Refunds will ONLY be given for damaged goods where no replacement productcan be supplied. Any products which we deem to have been abused or misused willNOT be refunded. Nor will incorrect ordering by the customer - WKC Martial ArtsSupplies can take no responsibility for goods incorrectly ordered. If you areunsure of your size, please check our SIZE GUIDE prior to ordering. Goods are not available for inspection or on approval basis.
- Unless refunds are due to faulty merchandise or an error on our part, theywill be liable for an administration charge of 10% of the total invoice price tocover restocking and administration at our offices.
Please return goods to WKC Martial Arts Supplies, WKC House, Thompsons Yard, Wakefield, WF1 2TP. Return Carriage charges are the responsibility of the sender.
